  • Who are we ?

Founded in 1996, Maison JGS Decoration celebrated its 22nd anniversary in 2018 and has profoundly evolved and adapted throughout its existence.

Led by Jacques Grinbaum, Former Student graduated from Ecole Boulle (School of Design & Crafts), the primary vocation of JGS Decoration was the creation of high-end tailor-made sofas made in France . Jacques Grinbaum wanted to surround his creations with high-end furniture (like Fendi Casa, Ralph Lauren Home, Vladimir Kagan, Baker, Baccarat...) which was the start of the diversification of JGS Decoration. This job as an interior designer led to the opening of a second store, then to moving to offer an ever larger and more welcoming place, leading to our showroom at 159 rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré today.

This website is therefore part of the continuity of the evolution of JGS Decoration and has the role of extending the experience with an offer adapted to online sales and available with store collection for those who wish, or delivery followed in France and its neighboring countries for the others.

Of course, our "Web" offer has been reduced to what we believe is compatible with remote purchasing to offer the best possible experience. Our employees are at your disposal at our showroom or by email to present the collections to you in their entirety.

  • Do you have a store?

Yes.
Our showroom is located at 159 rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré in Paris in the 8th Arrondissement.
Opening hours are: Monday-Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Yes.
Simply select “Store Collection” when choosing delivery.
This delivery method is always free.

  • Which countries do you deliver to? What are the shipping fees ?

For now and in order to guarantee the best possible quality of service, we deliver to the following countries:

  • Is the payment secured ?

Yes, the entire site is hosted on a secure server, the protocol used is HTTPS + Encryption with 128-bit SSL certificates.

  • What are the possible payment methods?

Payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay) or bank transfer.
Depending on your card limit, we recommend using bank transfer so as not to block your card. As a reminder, the standard CB ceilings are:
VISA Classic or equivalent: €2,400 / 30-day period.
VISA Premier or equivalent : €8,000 / 30-day period.
VISA Infinite or equivalent: €20,000 / 30-day period.

  • What are the delivery times ?

Delivery times vary depending on the product. The chosen product can be in:

- Shop stock
Dispatch is immediate (24 working hours), delivery time is approximately 48 working hours after dispatch.

- Supplier stock
Shipping is fast (3-5 working days), delivery time is approximately 48/72 working hours after shipment.

- Exhausted:
We do not confirm the order before having communicated a deadline to you and having obtained your agreement for this deadline.

In all cases, your payment method is only debited on the day your package is shipped.

  • How can we track the package?

As soon as the package is actually shipped, we provide the Colissimo, Chronopost, UPS or Fedex tracking number.
