  • What amounts are eligible?

Any order is eligible from €50 to €3,000 including tax.

  • Is payment secure?

Yes. Payment in installments/deferred payments is available through our partner Alma . Payment security is ensured by Alma and its service providers. All payments are protected by 3D Secure.

  • What are the fees for paying in installments?

By paying in installments with Alma , JGS Decoration covers the majority of the costs incurred. The customer remains responsible for a small percentage of costs:
Payment in 3 installments: 1.29% excluding VAT (i.e. 1.55% including VAT) per transaction
Payment in 4X: 1.93% excluding VAT (or 2.32% including VAT) per transaction
Payment in 10X: 6.05% excluding VAT (or 7.27% including VAT) per transaction

  • Which cards does our partner Alma accept for payment in installments?

Most cards are accepted: CB, VISA, MasterCard, American Express.

  • Which countries does our partner Alma accept for payment in installments?

France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Portugal.

        • Is payment secure?

        Yes, the entire site is hosted on a secure server, the protocol used is HTTPS + Encryption with 128-bit SSL certificates.

        • What payment methods are available?

        Payment by bank card (CB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay) or bank transfer.
        Depending on your card limit, we recommend using a bank transfer to avoid blocking your card. As a reminder, the standard credit card limits are:
        VISA Classic or equivalent: €2,400 / 30-day period.
        VISA Premier or equivalent : €8,000 / 30-day period.
        VISA Infinite or equivalent: €20,000 / 30-day period.
