Returns

You have the option of returning your order to us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase (indicated using the package tracking number). If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from return: books if they have been unpacked from their plastic packaging, diffusers if their cap has been unsealed, candles if the wick has been burned, etc. are not accepted.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds can be given (if applicable):

  • any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or has parts missing for reasons not due to error on our part
  • any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. 

Late or missing refund (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account first (in case of delayed debit). Next, contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
shop (at) jgsdecoration.com and, once the exchange has been granted, send your item to: JGS Decoration SARL, 159 rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, Boutique JGS Decoration, 75008 Paris. 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.  If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the giver subsequently received the order, we will send a refund to the giver and they will inquire about your return.

Delivery

To return your product, you must send, after agreement with our services, your product to:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
